We enforce a strict, mandatory 6-month minimum lead time prior to your wedding date because our single-designer process involves meticulous patterning, custom muslin mockups, and hundreds of hours of manual artisan assembly. Please feel free to contact us for rush commissions.

To preserve our uncompromising luxury standards, our studio operates with a strict, self-imposed volume cap. Accepting only 1 to 2 commissions per calendar month guarantees that your garment receives our design team’s undivided attention, rigorous quality control, and flawless technical execution. When you lock in your month, our studio's primary focus is exclusively yours.

Yes. To align with Ndiritzy's luxury production timelines, we divide your investment into structured, milestones-based installments. A typical payment schedule includes: 

Initial Retainer: Required to lock in one of our 1–2 highly coveted monthly production slots and begin fabric sourcing.

Pattern & Mockup Milestone: Due upon the completion of your initial technical fit mockups.

Final Delivery: Settled prior to your final styling appointment and the dress leaving our atelier.

For your convenience and secure processing, we accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank wires, and certified checks. All payment schedules are formalized in your bespoke design contract.
