Returns and Refunds Policy

We do not offer refunds for digital products and sample sale dresses. You will get access immediately your order goes through and your digital product(s) will be sent to you.

We recommend you contact us for help if you are having any problems, issues, or concerns getting or downloading your product(s), because ALL DIGITAL SALES ARE FINAL.

A retune will not be processed for any custom designed products. Beauty products, swimwear/undergarment, pierced jewelry and accessories cannot be returned, reason – Health and hygiene.

If you received a defective product, please email support@ndiritzy.com with a picture of the faulty item and a proof of purchase, so we can sort things out.
